Returns

• Eligibility: You may return unused and undamaged items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via Contact Us and provide your order number and reason for return.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Please package your item securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.
• Exchange Process: Follow the same steps as for returns, indicating that you would like an exchange. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
• Resolution: We will provide a prepaid return label for the damaged or defective item. Once we receive and verify the damage, we will ship a replacement item or issue a full refund.

Exceptions

• Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Custom Orders: Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
